5.0电缆防火涂料

应用范围：可广泛◣用于冶金、化工、电力等行业的电线电缆防火保护涂装。当遇有火灾时起防火阻燃，隔热膨胀︻误化作用赢得灭火时间。

防火基理：韧弹克5.0防火涂料∑属膨胀型防火涂料，涂膜遇火会软化泡膨胀，产生炭化泡沫√，泡沫含有低导热性物质，能够保护物料避免●因高温受损，该涂料隔热阻燃效果显●著。

用量：

要使被涂ζ物起防火作用，必须满足涂层要求：
1.在♂可燃基材上使用，每平ζ　方米不少于1000g,确保以上用量，可保证耐燃时间在30分钟以上，达到一级要求，一般涂三遍，每遍间隔4小时左右。
2.在电∏力电缆表面涂刷，保证涂层厚度不︽低于1mm。

施工要求：

1.施工方法:用排笔刷、扁平毛刷进行手工涂刷，也可选用喷∏涂器进行喷涂。刷涂道数要多增加才能达到厚度。
2.施工准备:清除基㊣　材表面尘土、油污。如果是喷涂，还应盖住不需喷涂的部位，涂料在施工前需彻底搅拌均匀。
3.施工环境:要求在气温╲5-40°C，相对湿度90%以下的环境下施工。
4.注意事项:该涂料不得于其他油漆〓涂料混装混用，以免影响其防火效果，在干燥通风情况下施工。
贮运：
本涂料卐宜在5-40°C条件下贮存。

Dosage:
