6.0超薄型钢结构防火涂料

韧弹克6.0防火涂料广泛应用于各类室内外金属和非ξ金属物体表面及塑料、电线电缆防火、防腐涂装保护。

防火基理：

韧弹克6.0涂料涂于物件表面ζ　，常温呈普通漆膜，遇火灾时能膨胀增厚炭化，形成低导热，不易燃烧的海绵炭质层，使物件表面免受火焰高温损伤。

性能特点:

1.防火极限:按GB14907-2002标准(以I36b或I40b标准二字钢梁作基材)进行耐火性能试验。

施工要求：

1、施工温度-10°C至40°C。单组份:充分搅匀即可涂刷

2、将◤物件表面处理干净直接喷涂，达到厚度为宜，每道可达0.3-0.5mm,人工涂刷应多增加涂刷道数。大约8小时后再涂第二道或第三道，达到厚度及可。

3、用量：
耐火设【计极限为1小时，需喷涂厚度为2mm,用量2-2.5kg/m2,耐火设计极限为2小时，需喷涂厚度为2.18mm以上，用量2.5-3.0kg/m2.
4、用漆料和防火填料↓1:1兑后，可制成防火堵料用:用漆料和防火填料1:3兑后，可制成防火泥用。

贮运：宜在5°C-35"C的干燥通风的室内储存和运输。

Fire base:
Ductile elastic 6.0 coating is coated on the surface of the object and is a common paint film at room temperature. in case of fire, it can expand and thicken carbides to form a low thermal conductivity, not easy to burn sponge carbon layer, so that the surface of the object is protected from flame high temperature damage.

Construction requirements:
1. Construction temperature-10 °C to 40 °C. One component: can be brushed with full mixing. 2. The surface of the object should be treated clean and sprayed directly to reach the thickness, each channel can reach 0.3-0.5mm, manual brush should increase the number of brush channels. After about 8 hours, apply the second or third channel to the thickness and can be obtained.
3. Dosage:
The fire resistance design limit is 1 hour, the spraying thickness is 2 mm, the dosage is 2-2.5 kg ≤ m ~ 2, the fire resistance design limit is 2 hours, the spraying thickness is above 2.18mm, and the dosage is 2.5-3.0 kg ≤ m ~ 2.
4. After mixing lacquer and fireproof packing at 1:1, it can be made into fire-proof blocking material: after mixing with lacquer and fire-proof packing at 1:3, it can be made into fire-proof mud.
Storage and transportation: it is appropriate to store and transport in a dry and ventilated room of 5 °C ≤ 35 "C.
