                防火基理:韧弹克7.0涂料喷涂于钢结构『表面,平时起装饰作用,若遇火灾时能膨胀增厚炭化,形成不易燃◥烧的海绵状炭质层,从而提高钢结构的耐火极限到1.5小时以上,赢得灭火时间,有效地保护钢结构建筑免受火灾侵害。

                施工要求:
                1.表面处理:
                (1)施工前,钢结构表面的锈迹锈斑应彻底除掉。因为它影响涂层的粘结■力。表面的防锈处理按《钢结构工程施工与验收规范》标准。除锈之后须进行防锈处理,需要涂70-1带锈底漆,因为防腐涂料为︻水乳型涂料,
                直接涂刷钢材基面生锈。
                2.施工前的准备:

                (1)出厂时已经配〇制好的涂料,不论是面层或底层涂料,都应搅拌均匀才能使用。施工现场一般用便携式的电动搅拌器搅▂拌涂料。调配和搅拌好的涂料应当稠度适宜,喷涂时不发生流淌和下坠现象为宜。

                3.施工环境:

                钢结构防火涂料施工的气候条件:在施工过程中和施工之后,涂层干燥固化之前,环境温度宜在5~50°C,相对湿度不大于90%,空气应流通,若在温度过低或温度太高或风速在5m/s (四级)以上或钢结构构件表面有结露时,都不利于防火涂料喷涂施工。


                4.施工方法:
